يُضاف 10 جرام من مسحوق مانع التقلص لكل 1 كجم لحم.
يُذاب في 50 جرام ماء ثم يُخلط جيدًا مع التوابل واللحم.
تُخلط المكونات حتى الحصول على قوام متجانس.
تُترك الخلطة في الثلاجة لمدة لا تقل عن ساعتين قبل التشكيل والطهي.
