Fried Chicken Breast Slices Burger
Dissolve 35 g of Fried Chicken Burger Seasoning Mix in 100 ml of water or milk.
Use the prepared mixture for 1 kg of chicken breast slices.
Directions for Use:
Place the chicken breast slices in a suitable container.
Add the seasoning solution (seasoning mix + water or milk) and mix well until the slices are fully coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow proper absorption of the marinade.
After marination, coat the slices with breadcrumbs, Veggietar, or flour, as desired.
Fry in hot oil over medium heat until fully cooked and golden brown.
Fried Minced Chicken Burger
Dissolve 30 g of Fried Chicken Burger Seasoning Mix in 50–70 ml of water.
Use the prepared mixture for 1 kg of minced chicken.
Directions for Use:
Add the seasoning solution to the minced chicken.
Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before shaping.
Shape the mixture into burger patties as desired.
Coat the patties with breadcrumbs, Veggietar, or flour before frying.
Fry in oil over medium heat until fully cooked.
Note:
No additional salt is required, as the seasoning mix already contains salt.
