يُستخدم سوربات البوتاسيوم بمعدل 1 جم لكل 1 كجم من وزن المنتج.
يُفضَّل إذابته في 50 جم من الماء قبل إضافته لضمان توزيعه بشكل متجانس داخل الخلطة.
