يُستخدم 100 جرامًا من الخلطة لكل كيلو جرام من الدقيق أو البقسماط.
يكفي كيلو جرام واحد من الدقيق لتغليف نحو 7 دجاجات، بمتوسط وزن 1 كجم للدجاجة الواحدة.

Use 100 gm of the mix per kilogram of flour or breadcrumbs.
